Taiji (Tai Chi) is a gentle and mindful practice that supports physical health, mental calm, and overall wellbeing. Through slow, flowing movements and coordinated breathing, participants develop better balance, mobility, and body awareness in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Our Taiji sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities, including beginners. The practice encourages steady, low-impact movement that helps build strength, coordination, and confidence without strain. Sessions are guided at a comfortable pace, allowing each individual to progress according to their own needs.
