Tai Chi (Taijiquan) was officially inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity on 17 December 2020. It is recognised worldwide as a traditional practice that combines gentle movement, mindful awareness, and Chinese philosophical principles to support health and wellbeing.

Alongside our standard paid classes, we offer a number of fully funded and subsidised places for people who may be experiencing financial hardship or other barriers to accessing wellbeing activities. Funded places are available through our charitable programmes and are subject to eligibility criteria and availability.
