Volunteering with Wellbeing Mindfulness and Martial Arts is a meaningful way to give back to the community while supporting positive change through movement, mindfulness, and martial arts. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds who share an interest in wellbeing, community support, and helping others thrive.

There are a variety of ways to get involved. Volunteers may support our programmes as activity coordinators, class assistants, or by helping with administration, events, and community projects. Whether you enjoy working directly with people or supporting behind the scenes, your time and skills can make a real difference.

Volunteering with us offers the opportunity to develop new skills, gain experience, and be part of a supportive and respectful environment. All volunteers are guided and supported by our team, and roles are matched to individual interests, availability, and experience.
