At Wellbeing, Mindfulness & Martial Arts, we are a UK charity dedicated to improving physical health, mental wellbeing and community connection through authentic martial arts and mindful movement. Our programmes combine Tai Chi, Qigong, Kung Fu and self-defence with inclusive wellbeing activities designed for all ages and abilities. By blending traditional martial arts with modern approaches to health, we empower individuals to build confidence, resilience and lifelong skills in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Wellbeing, Mindfulness & Martial

At Wellbeing, Mindfulness & Martial Arts, our mission is to help people train their mind, body and spirit to achieve their full human potential. We believe martial arts are more than physical techniques — they are a pathway to personal growth, inner balance and lifelong wellbeing. Through our inclusive programmes, we promote better health, longevity and emotional resilience, empowering individuals of all ages and abilities to develop confidence, discipline and focus.

Our classes and community projects encourage commitment, perseverance and respect — for oneself, for others and for the wider community. Participants learn practical self-defence skills, improve their fitness levels and concentration, and experience first-hand how mindfulness and movement can work together to reduce stress and improve overall quality of life.
